• Can I book for longer periods or use as a Corporate guest house?

Yes, please discuss with Home Owner for specifics.

• Is the home stay/villa open to accommodating unmarried individuals or groups of single guests?
  Yes, upto 6 guests.

• How many guest can the Villa accommodate?
  2 small familes i.e., 6 guests Including kids.

• What concept applies to this Villa?

It is a Home away from home concept, the full-fledged kitchen gives you an extra advantage to prolong your stay while enjoying home cooked meals. 

• Is Driver and/or House-Help accommodation available?
  Maybe, please discuss with Home Owner at the time of booking.

• Is parking available on site or nearby?
  Yes, Secured Parking is available on site.

• Is this home couple-friendly?
  Yes, we allow adult couples with local ID proofs.

• Can I reserve your place for special functions such as an engagement ceremony, a small wedding ceremony or a birthday party, shooting, etc?
  Yes, we do allow small events/photoshoots at the villa, subject to Home Owner's approval.

• Is this home senior citizen friendly?
  No.

Food and Beverages

• Is food delivery available? Is outside food allowed? Are we allowed to cook ourselves?
  Food delivery is not available for this area yet. Outside food is allowed. The property has a kitchenette and full fledged kitchen.Guests are allowed to access both.

• Are meals provided onsite? What are the charges?
  Breakfast /Lunch/Dinner can be made by caretaker on advance intimation, on extra payment directly to him. However food menu should be informed 01-day prior check in. Plaese ask for food menu to Home Owner before booking. 

• Is smoking permitted?
  Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the room. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area. 

• Do you allow us to stock things in your fridge?
  Yes

• Is there an Aquaguard for drinking water supply? Do we need to carry our Mineral Water bottles or are these readily available at your villa?
  No, however mineral water cans are available.

Payments

• What is the cancellation policy?
  Cancellation charges
  Below 07 days prior to check-in date - No refund
  Below 08 ~14 days prior to check-in date - 50% refund
  Greater than 15 days prior to check-in date - 85% refund

• Can I pay 50% now and pay the remaining 50% closer to the date?
  Yes, you have to pay 50% to confirm your booking and 50% 7days before the check-in date.

• How can I make a payment?
  Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you may use options like UPI.

Check-in/Check-out Rules

• What are the Check-in & Check-out timings? May I request for late check -outs or an early check-in?
  Normal check-in time 02.00 PM and check-out time is  11.00 AM. Any changes should inform to Home Owner'.
  Early check-in and late check-out options are available depending on the availability Or based on an additional charge. Plese contact Home Owner'.

• What formalities are needed during check-in and check-out?
  As required by Nilgiris local authorities, all adults must provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their phot and residential address) at the time of booking. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.

• How strictly is the guest count enforced at the villa?
  Very strictly. The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Please discuss with Home Owner in case any changes.

• Safety

  Yes,There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes .

  No. Given the pleasant weather all year round in ooty , the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.

  There is a UPS provision that can support few lights and charge points, in case of a power outage.

• How is the condition of road leading up to the villa ?
  The road leading up to the villa is predominantly made of concrete..
